Junior researchers
As a junior researcher/fellow you may register for a reduced registration fee of £125, to qualify:

  • you must be 35 years or under at the time of the Congress
  • and be in a full time junior researcher/fellow role

Before your registration is confirmed you will be asked to provide proof of age by sending a copy of your passport page or valid ID card.

Nurses
As a nurse working in the field of hepatitis treatment, you may register for a reduced registration fee of £125. To qualify, you must provide proof of your nursing position, which must be received before your registration will be confirmed

Cancellations & name changes
The deadline for refunds on registration fees is Friday 5 May 2017, after this date refunds are no longer available. Any changes to a confirmed registration must be requested in writing and will be subject to a £85 administration charge.

Visas
If you require a letter to support your visa, you will be able to download a copy by logging into your registration 5 working days after we receive full payment for your registration. Your username and password will form part of the confirmation email you will receive when you ‘Finish’ your registration.

The visa application process may take some time, therefore please ensure you apply for it well in advance of the Congress.

Insurance
The registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellations, medical and personal items.

Media registration
Media places will be limited in number per publication/organisation. These places will be prioritised for representatives of publications that are best able to communicate the Congress proceedings to a wide and diverse target audience. Those applying for media registration will be required to provide proof of their status (e.g. press card).
